Gold Rush Days
Back in August I went to Gold Rush Days in Oronoco, MN where there is over 1,000 acres of flea market. Here are some pics of the treasures. If you haven't had a chance to go, definitely take a day trip out there next year, I highly recommend it!

{ it's a crewel world }
Last year my sister bought me a few adorable crewel kits at an estate sale and I had also purchased a few at some thrift stores. As I was sitting around doing a whole lot of nothing this past, dreary weekend I decided to bust them out and get to crewel-ing. Can't wait to show the end result. So far it's pretty easy to pick up and teach myself.
Cork Board / Inspiration
My inspiration board if full of great labels that I just can't toss, pretty illustrations, adorable cards, charming ornaments, as well as pics of me and my sis quite young. I love to look at all the goodies!

I was cleaning my office and came across this binder I had made during college. I did some sweet tracings with colored markers to pretty-up my boring black binder. Makes me want to experiment with that further.

I just got back from my first trip to mexico with my entire family. My mom, dad, sister, brother-in-law, aunt, uncle, husband, and myself ventured down to cozumel for one whole week. Unfortunately, I did get sick for a few days :/ But recovered and enjoyed the beautiful environment. Here are some of my favorite pics from the journey.
